UAE SHIPPING
We will be using local courier service
Estimated time of delivery 2-3 days after placing order
A fixed shipping charge of AED 25 is applicable on all orders below AED 500 at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi
For orders equal to or above AED 300 (after the application of coupons or any other offer) free shipping is available at most locations. For other locations, which the couriers deem ‘Out of service areas’ additional shipping charges will be applicable.
*All information described above can vary according to shipping promotions if applicable.
We will be in touch if your address should fall in an out of service area and will offer you the option to either have it delivered to another address or pay the charges requested by the courier.
If you wish to return your item, our courier will take the items at your home/office within 2 to 5 days. Please note that a shipping fee will be applied for this return and we will subtract it from the refund.
In any case. The amount of the returned items will be refunded to your wallet with a code to be used on your next order or transferred to your bank account in 5 working days.
The shipping charges can be modified by M&R at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect in the checkout flow.
Every once in a while, M&R brings out various offers for our customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that might enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfillment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer. Please note that M&Rbeachwear reserves the right to rescind these offers without prior notice.

WRONG SIZE:
IF YOU’RE UNHAPPY WITH THE SIZE YOU’VE RECEIVED, FIRST CHECK THAT THE SIZE STATED ON THE GARMENT MATCHES THE SIZE STATED ON THE SIZING CHART. THOUGH RARE, IT’S POSSIBLE THAT THE GARMENT WAS MISLABELLED. LET US KNOW AND WE’LL GET YOU SORTED OUT.

Returns And Exchanges
Here at Manta & Rebozo, we fully understand that at times, there may be reasons that you might want to return something you have bought with us, so we are here to make sure we offer a quick and easy return/exchange for you.
For all returns or exchanges, please email us your order number and inform us of what you will be returning and the reason for this. You can email us at info@mantarebozo.com .
Returning Sale Items:

All Sale Items (meaning those items bought at a discounted rate whether that be with a promotion code or sale online, this does not include first time purchase discount) cannot be returned for a refund, they are eligible for exchange or credit only.

If you would like to return a sale item for credit, you will need to use a local courier to deliver back to our office This is to be done at your own cost, we will not cover this delivery fee.

Once the item is received back and it has passed our quality control, we will then proceed to add credit to your account which you will get an email confirmation for. This credit can be redeemed in store or for future purchases online.

If you would like to return a sale item for an exchange, you will need to let us know the item you would like instead, we will then prepare it and that item will need to be collected from our office location and the item you would like to return given back at the same time. If there is any price difference, that will need to be paid for upon collection via cash or card.
Returning Full Priced Items:

We offer FREE returns for DUBAI orders ONLY

Full refunds are available for all full priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to return your full priced item for a full refund, you will need to send us an email to let us know what it is you would like to return and we will arrange a collection for you.

If you would prefer, you can also return to our shop or head office at your own expense.

If you would like to exchange a full priced item, you will need to email us and let us know what it is you would like instead and we can arrange a FREE pick up in DUBAI only, at the same time you can give the item you want to return with our driver who will return it back to our head office. Any price difference can be paid upon delivery with cash or card.

We will allow ONE return or exchange per order only, if you request a return or exchange more than once, it will be refused.

Any items returned to our head office after the 14 days will be denied any form of refund or store credit.

Any item that is being returned must be in their original condition including tags Once Manta & Rebozoi has received your returned item, they will be inspected before a refund is issued.

Manta & Rebozo reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

All items are quality controlled and checked before dispatching to a customer and so any detachable belts, designer packaging or dust bags etc must be included with your return.

Any excessive activity with regards to returning or exchanging items will be reviewed by Manta & Rebozo and can be refused at our discretion.

All refunds will be processed the same day we have approved your returned item and can take 10 working days to reach your account. The refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Returning Orders Outside Of Dubai:

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. As we are based in Dubai you must return items through a courier service, as any returned items sent by local postal companies will not reach our address (returns address is below). Any items that are not received by Manta & Rebozo will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items as the items are your responsibility until received by us.

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our team to info@mantarebozo.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have been sent a wrong or faulty item.
